Blowing Smoke
Cigarette,
A wand in hand.
Casting shapes in smoke
With the flick of a wrist.
Sending mixed signals
In your plumes.
Words cast in smog,
Their meaning obscured.
When your lips part
And your teeth naked,
Magic slips through the cracks.
